Looks good, and I guess r/EuropeEats would appreciate it as well 🙂

Looks good, I personally really like carrot and spinach in mine so I would add a bit of that but that’s just me. Very good for a first try, looks like it’s holding up well. What did you put in it?

It looks good to me – I’d definitely devour a plate!

Add some cucumber to give nice color and texture

Looks great for a first try!!

It’d be interesting if you could try making Gimbap with Norwegian ingredients. Teriyaki salmon Gimbap is really really good. Maybe moose? Do you eat moose?

Looks better than most Koreans kimbap

You made the classic beginner mistake where the rice doesn’t wrap around the ingredients. You got a get more rice coverage on the sheet and do a thinner layer so that it can fully wrap around. Also make sure to give it a good squeeze to get good structural integrity.

Great job! Don’t stress about finding the “correct” ingredients, you can make kimbap with staples like ham, cheese, tuna… I bet you could come up with some creative ingredients that only you can get in Norway. Next time you walk around the grocery store look around and say to yourself “Can that kimbap”?

You just need onion soup to go with it to take it to the next level:

Onion, green onion, anchovy soup powder, red pepper flakes, water. Boil until onion softens.
